Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Custom orders must be confirmed and paid before production begins. We accept payment through approved methods listed at checkout.

Custom Orders

Each Wild Treats product is handmade and may vary slightly in color, design, or decoration. We do our best to match your requested theme, but small variations are part of the handmade process.

3. 

Processing Time

Please allow 3-7 business days for standard orders and additional time for large or custom cake orders. Holiday orders may require extra notice.

4. 

Pickup & Delivery

Pickup and local delivery times will be confirmed after your order is placed. Please ensure someone is available to receive your treats promptly — Wild Treats Dog Bakery is not responsible for items left out or damaged after pickup or delivery.

5. 

Refunds & Returns

Because all items are perishable and made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo so we can make it right.

6. 

Product Safety

All treats are made with dog-safe ingredients, but every pet is unique. Please review ingredients carefully and consult your vet if your dog has allergies or sensitivities. Wild Treats Dog Bakery is not liable for adverse reactions.

Use of Content

By sharing photos or tagging @shopwildtreats, you grant permission for us to repost or share your content (with credit) on our social media or marketing materials.
